Honey Apple Bread Pudding

Rich combination of brioche & buttermilk biscuits soaked and cooked in a vanilla bean custard, with layers of paper-thin apple slices and wildflower honey throughout. Topped with a brown sugar-oat crumble topping. Best enjoyed toasted & warmed with a scoop of ice cream!
