What's the best way to place an order?

Just a heads up: all orders must be placed and confirmed at least 48 hours before pickup or delivery, and wedding orders need to be finalized 2 weeks ahead.

Our newsletters are sent out quarterly, and we can't wait to share them with you!
They'll be ever-changing and will feature news, fun-facts, opinion pieces, and stories of cultural traditions.

Do you accommodate for dietary restrictions or allergies?
Of course!
Although we can't guarantee avoiding cross-contamination, we do our best to separate and sanitize all allergen-related products. Any major allergens in products will be properly labeled, and we're always happy to answer questions or take note of your restrictions in advance (when possible).


Is shipping available?
In our early phase here, we're not currently able to ship our baked goods. Having said that we're constantly looking to grow and expand, so once we're ready to ship you'll all know ASAP!
Do you charge for delivery? or are there options for pick-up?
Yes and Yes!
Orders can be delivered for a $15 flat fee within a 15 mile radius of our Collegeville kitchen. Deliveries outside of this $15 mile radius will incur an additional $2 per mile charge.
Pickup is available from our Collegeville kitchen at no added cost. Pickup times must be arranged in advance.


what is your cancellation policy?
Any standard orders cancelled (and confirmed) 1 week prior to the order date will be refunded in full.
Any standard orders cancelled (and confirmed) within 1 week - 3 days of the order date will be required to forfeit a 50% deposit. This 50% deposit can be used towards a new order within 6 months.
Any standard orders cancelled (and confirmed) within 3 days of the order date will be required to forfeit 100% of the total due. 50% of this payment can be applied towards a new order within 6 months.
Wedding Cakes:
Cancellations must be submitted & confirmed within 2 weeks of the wedding date, and will forfeit a 15% deposit.
Cancellations between 2 weeks - date of the wedding date will forfeit a 75% deposit. If cancelled within 1 week of wedding date, you may apply 25% of the forfeited amount towards a new order within 6 months.

First things first, let’s grab a coffee (or tea!) and chat about your big day—what you’re envisioning, and of course, the sweets to match. Whether it’s a classic tiered cake or fun twists like cupcakes, cookie tables, or a single-tier cutie, we’ll find your perfect fit.

Next comes the best part: TASTING DAY! You’ll sample flavors, pick your dream combo, and lock in design details about a month before “I do.”

Two weeks out, we’ll confirm guest count and wrap up payments, then on wedding day we’ll handle delivery + setup so your treats arrive safe, stunning, and ready to celebrate.
