    🛍 Shipping Policy

    Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

    Shipping Times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch

    • International: There is currently no international shipping offered. 

    Shipping Rates:
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free local pickup or delivery may be available for customers in [your area, e.g. Collegeville, PA].

    Order Tracking:
    You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Damaged or Lost Orders:
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged items.
    We are not responsible for lost packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help you locate them.

     

    🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

     

    All Sales Final:
    Because each print is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

    Exceptions:
    We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

    Color Variations:
    Please note that colors may appear slightly different on-screen vs. in print due to monitor settings. This is not considered a defect.
