- Cancellations: Orders canceled after the order is confirmed and payment is made will forfeit 50% of the order payment, with the exception of orders cancelled within 3 full days prior to the order date in which they will forfeit 100% of the order payment.
- Pick-Up/Delivery:
- Pick-Up: Clients are responsible for safe transport of their cake upon pickup. Love, Lemon is not liable for damage once the product has left our care.
- Delivery: Love, Lemon offers local delivery for an additional fee based on distance and order size. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time — additional trips may incur extra fees.
- Delivery within 10 miles of Love, Lemon's kitchen location will incur an additional $15 charge and is based on the approval of Love, Lemon's scheduling.
